We are looking for a Presales Specialist (Junior / Middle) to support sales activities by developing infrastructure solutions for global customers.
This role involves close collaboration with sales teams, engineers, and external vendors during the preparation of commercial proposals.
Key responsibilities
- Receive and analyze presales requests from Sales Manager
- Clarify requirements and solution details with Sales Manager and customer when needed
- Develop infrastructure solutions independently, involving Engineering or other teams when required
- Hand over finalized solutions to Sales Manager for commercial processing
Requirements
- Solid understanding of telco networks and datacenter operations
- Ability to design and explain infrastructure solutions
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple requests in parallel
- Good written and verbal communication skills in English
- Comfortable working in an international environment
