We are a crypto-OTC liquidity provider, financial intermediary, and algorithmic trading firm. As a regulated VASP we operate across multiple jurisdictions, including Cyprus and Switzerland.

We're looking for a senior BD to grow our core segment: PSPs, EMIs, and fintechs that use us as a liquidity provider. Margins here are thin, so the priority is landing large European players rather than a long tail of small accounts — one major PSP can outweigh dozens of small ones.

🔧 What you'll do

• Build and own relationships with European PSPs, EMIs, and fintechs building or selecting new infrastructure providers
• Generate warm introductions to CEOs and Heads of Treasury at target accounts
• Focus on large, high-volume players over small-ticket deals
• Partner with the team on pricing, structuring, and onboarding

• Senior BD experience in payments infrastructure or stablecoin / crypto-payment companies
• A strong personal network across PSPs, EMIs, and fintechs — people you can write to directly today
• A real name in the payments industry, not just in crypto
• Technical seller who understands the product deeply — markups, structuring, the details — not a generalist
• Strong LinkedIn presence and network
• Motivated by performance and upside, not just a large fixed salary
• Fluent English (the only working language required)
